Hunts & Pricing
Our hunting packages include transportation to and from the Laredo, Texas International Airport. All meals, lodging, guide service, preparation of trophy antlers and cape for taxidermy are included as well as all necessary paperwork is provided and handled by us with NO hassle to you. We provide excellent World Class 5 Star Accommodations and Superb Cuisine!
Private Charter flights can be arranged from Laredo, TX direct to the ranch if requested in one of our comfortable R44 Helicopters for an additional fee. Whether it’s the hunt of a lifetime you are looking for or just a good old fashion Mexican vacation filled with R&R, let Rancho El Zancudo be your destination of choice.
Mexico Management Hunts:
Management hunts are for mature 6.5 year old bucks that will gross score up to 140 B&C. Hunts are 3 days and cost $3,000.00 per person. We have 1 buck for every 1 doe. You will see a good number of bucks daily. Hunters need only bring their personal articles and clothing as everything else is furnished, including rifles and ammo at the ranch at no additional charge.

Rifles: Hunters may use our rifles at the ranch at no extra charge.
Licenses: Cost of license is $250.00
Rifle permit is $250.00

Mexico Premium Trophy Hunts:
Premium trophy packages are for mature 6.5 year old bucks that will gross score up to 160 B&C. Hunts are 5 days and cost $5,950.00 per person.

Guides: 1:1
Rifles: Each hunter may bring his/her rifle & ammo with special permits or elect to use our rifles at the ranch at no extra charge.
Licenses: Cost of license is included

Cost: $5,950.00 per person. All food, lodging and beverage is included
Deposit: 50% non-refundable due at booking
Gratuities: Not Included
For whitetail harvested over 160 Gross B&C, pricing is as such;
– $100 per inch up to 175″ B&C Gross
– $150 per inch over 175″ B&C Gross
All B&C measurements and pricing is based on gross score. Hunters can use ranch rifles or choose to pay the permit fee and bring their own.
Mexico Dove Hunts:
Experience a truly memorable wing shooting trip to exotic Mexico. Our white wing and mourning dove hunts are as good as can be found anywhere, late August through September. In the fall, the mornings are cool. Enjoy your seat in a shaded blind with a bird boy to retrieve all downed birds and keep you supplied with cold refreshments and plenty of shells for our abundant dove population. Our lodge is located 1 hour & 15 minute drive from Laredo, TX International Airport. Our cooks will prepare a variety of authentic Mexican cuisine that you will savor until next hunting season.
We cater to individuals and small corporate and private groups. (Try to keep the groups to 4) Larger groups can be accommodated with advance notice.
Cost of the hunt: $1,750, (2 days, 2 nights – 4 hunting sessions, travel to and from Laredo, Texas, all meals, lodging, bird boys, bird permit and beverages are included.)

Exclusions:
Gratuities – Your reservation fee does not include customary gratuities for your cooks, ranch help and hunting guides.
Recommended gratuities 10-15 percent for domestic staff and guides.
Non-Hunters – Such as children and spouse are welcome at the ranch as well. Their room and board can be secured with a fee of $150 per night.
